Town Council meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 pm (except in July and August, when no meetings are held, at the call of the chairman), in Council Chambers, brazil jersey which is located on the second floor of the Town Hall at 318 Harrison Avenue. The Town Council is composed of eight members who are elected to serve four-year terms on a staggered basis, with one seat from each of the town’s four wards up for vote one year, one seat from each of the four wards up the next year and then two years with no elections.
